About Us

Dr. Ray Kronquist

I’ve had an interesting background in science, management, marketing and teaching.

I began my career with a Ph.D. in plasma physics at M.I.T. in the 1960s.

I worked in the semiconductor field for 3 years in Silicon Valley and 5 years at a lab in the suburbs of Paris in France.

When I returned to California in 1976, I started and ran for over 20 years a company that developed and sold products to wafer fabs, helping them operate more efficiently.

I taught physics for five years while investigating some other business opportunities.

I then served as president of two environmental nonprofits, one for five years, and the other for four years.

Now, in my late 80’s, I am joining Eduardo to build a network to serve the thousands of companies in the climate field, helping them find the elements they need to succeed and have an impact on the climate crisis.

Born in Brazil, I grew up in a region where natural landscapes still prevail alongside urban areas. As a chemical engineer by training, my academic and professional work has been concentrated in the field of sanitation, utilitarian sciences, and analytical chemistry.

In the past 4 years, I have worked with Dr. Ray Kronquist on the ideation of a business concept based on database climate tech founders, investors, project developers, and many other stakeholders who can be part of a network of potential collaborators.

Being part of Your Climate Network as COO marks a new phase of my professional carrier. In the previous year, I could scout, learn, talk, and work with individuals from different countries, public and private organizations, philanthropic groups, investors, multinational corporations, university-based R&D groups, and several climate startups.

With Your Climate Network, my main purpose is to engage and contribute to individuals and companies pivoting human and climate business as the center of their decisions for a more equal and prosperous world.
